The Dean of the College of Physical Therapy of MMC CAST is a seasoned action-driven clinician, educator, manager and researcher with almost three decades of expertise in the physical therapy profession and academia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University in 1996 and his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of the Philippines Manila in 2013 where he also received his Certificate of Merit as College Scholar. His professional journey dates back in the late 90’s when he started to practice as a clinician and manager both locally and abroad in acute and long-term facilities. He is an esteemed academic lecturer and guest resource speaker in fields of professional research and clinical practice in several health education institutions. He is a consistent recipient of several awards as an excellent academician from several health education institutions he has served and continues to serve. He is a life-time member of the Philippine Physical Therapy Association. He also served as Member Secretary of Institutional Ethics Review Board of MMC CAST prior to his deanship.
