“As the first batch, we faced unique challenges. There were no older batches to guide us, and the pressure to establish the school's reputation was immense. With sleepless nights, countless exams, and the overwhelming task of setting the standard for future students, we endured and overcame. By the time we graduated, we had not only survived the journey but had thrived. Our efforts were rewarded when our batch achieved an exceptional feat: a 100% passing rate in the Physician Licensure Examination (PLE). This was a testament to the strength of the education we received at MMC CAST, the rigor of our training, and the values instilled in us — values that continue to guide me in my practice today.”

“Six years has went by briskly. The experience I went through, although years have passed are still engraved in memory quite vividly. It was about this time that I was tread to the dental field wholeheartedly and all ignorance has been replaced by wisdom. It has forever left me gratified and humbled. I remember the times when I felt anxious and cried because I was exasperated that I couldn't get a hold of the emotions back then. It was at this stage when I was just expressing my younger self, when I didn't know any better and the only goal I had in mind was "I have to finish this", without thinking of the bigger picture, without actually setting myself to see the importance and purpose of what I am about to become and achieve.”
Patricia Angela E. Dela Cruz (DMD 6A)

“…It was here in MMC CAST that I met excellent professors – mentors albeit who imparted not only their knowledge in the different areas of their specialties – but in their experiences that also gave us that push to keep moving forward. Even as a graduate of a fairly new school – MMC CAST in its own way, shaped me to be competitive throughout clerkship, internship, and now residency. As someone that chose the path of going straight into residency – the lessons learned from my experiences throughout medschool helped me be competitive but still learn how to keep myself grounded and humble…”

“…The college for me is not just a society of dental doctors and aspiring oral physicians, but it is also a home. A home full of beautiful people, sharing the same goal: to catch the stars of dreams, to transform into a firm human being, and to love each other correctly. Before I came into a realization that the environment was this purposeful, I was not the most alive person in the room. I just want to do the tasks that I was receiving during that time. And in every task, you will see me shaking my legs because I was considering those countless tasks as a set of something that I just want to get over with. I was not aware of how purposeful those tasks were. But wow! Looking at it now? All the risks that I took, that I thought I could not take, they were all worth it. And beyond the academic achievements, is the human I am today. And I can say that one of the largest influences was the college…”
