Aleli R. Cheng, RN,MAN is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in academic leadership and clinical practice. She currently works as the Dean of the College of Nursing at Metropolitan Medical Center College of Arts, Science & Technology, a position she has held since June 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 1993 and completed her master’s degree major  in Nursing Administration in 2010. 

Ms. Cheng has been in the academe since 2006.  An active member of the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN) since 2015,  she is dedicated to inspiring future nurses, having guided numerous students throughout their academic and professional journeys. She is committed to not only contributing to her  field but also building a legacy of excellence through mentorship and innovation.
